Purposes and data
The static website does not register accounts or send the date entered in the age gate. It uses only a declaration indicator in sessionStorage for the current session. The game uses a shared A/B account with email and self-declared age. Intended purposes include account management, email verification, access recovery, support, abuse prevention and purchases once activated. Complete the actual data inventory and hosting log details.
Legal basis
Proposal pending validation: performance of service terms for accounts and support; applicable legal obligations for purchases; assessed legitimate interest for security; consent where required for optional uses. An age declaration is not blanket consent for all processing. Counsel must confirm each basis and protections for users aged 16 and 17 in A.
Retention and recipients

Access and accounts
Accounts are shared by A and B. A requires age 16 or over; B requires age 18 or over. Age is self-declared and is not verified by this website. Keep credentials private. Define suspension, appeal and account closure procedures before launch.
Shells, purchases and refunds
Shells cannot be redeemed for money. A purchases use Google Play and Apple; B purchases use Pay4Coins once payments are activated. Refunds follow each store’s rules and applicable mandatory rights. No new prices, returns or dates are announced.
